Our Rates

Most Sky Camp users are looking for a private retreat that allows full immersion in whatever the event or gathering calls for. Because of that, we allow for bookings by the weekend, or for weekdays.

Deposits, Cancellations and Insurance

Deposits. Save your place with a completed copy of the Rental Contract and 75% of your fee.

Cancellations. This deposit will be returned to you minus 50% if you cancel more than 90 days before your booking. If you cancel fewer than 30 days before your reservation, your fee will not be returned to you. The balance of your rental fee is due 30 days before your event.

All rates include a basic cleaning fee. This cleaning fee is set assuming that you clean all spaces you use, returning them to us at the level of cleanliness you found them. The fee covers our inspection and another level of cleaning by our professional team, plus sanitizing to COVID-19 standards. You will be charged for the repair or replacement of any damage incurred during your stay.

Alcohol/serving fee. If you will be serving alcohol at your event, Sky Camp requires advance approval and an additional $250 per event, plus proof of additional liability insurance. You are responsible for hiring an OLCC-authorized monitor and/or server.

Certificate of Liability Insurance. Just about everyone requires these, and your insurance provider will be able to help you, if you don’t already have one. We require a $2,000,000 umbrella.

Other Rules to Note

Pets. Pets are permitted in outdoor spaces only, and must be leashed. Clean-up of waste is absolutely required.

No smoking or fireworks. We are in a natural setting, set in the forest. Help us keep Oregon green.

Drink responsibly. Alcohol is permitted at Sky Camp with advance approval, but all use must follow OLCC guidelines and take into consideration the remote nature of the location. It is your responsibility to adhere to all laws related to alcohol. Do not drink and drive under any scenario.

Observe fire season and postings. Our firepit is lovely, but not available if forest or weather conditions prohibit it. For your convenience, we will mark this at the site. Please also use common sense. Windy or dry conditions are a ‘no go’ for open flames.

Clothes. Our setting is so private that we’re sometimes asked if the site can be used for ‘clothing optional’ gatherings. Because the site is publicly owned and in theory children could be present, we ask that you keep your clothes on. :)

Rental contract. We require that you sign the following rental contract and observe all rules in that contract.

COVID-19 Guidelines

It is your responsibility to adhere to the current COVID-19 guidelines and to require the same of your guests. Please refer to the Oregon Health Authority website for the latest status and guidelines.
